Minimum Age*: Most rental or chauffeur services in the UAE require the driver or passenger to be at least 21 years old for standard vehicles and 25 years or older for luxury or high-performance vehicles.

Driving License*: For self-drive services, the customer must present a valid UAE driving license. For foreign visitors, an international driving permit (IDP) is required unless the visitor holds a driving license from a country that is exempt from the IDP requirement (such as GCC countries or certain European countries).

By booking a limousine service through Tripzyee’s platform, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here. These terms govern the relationship between Tripzyee, third-party limousine service providers, and customers. Tripzyee reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use of our platform signifies acceptance of any changes.

- *Booking*: Limousine services can be booked via the Tripzyee website or mobile application.
- *Confirmation*: Upon completing the booking, a confirmation email with service details, including the service provider's information, will be sent to the customer.
- *Modifications*: Any changes to bookings should be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Tripzyee will attempt to accommodate changes, but they are subject to provider availability

Pricing Structure:
• Standard Rates: Prices vary based on the vehicle model and duration (hourly, half- day,full-day), with options for point-to-point transfers or hourly services.
• Airport Transfers: Fixed rates for airport transfers are common, with the inclusion of luggage handling and monitoring of flight schedules.
• Additional Charges:
• Waiting Time: Complimentary waiting time includes 60 minutes for airport pickups and 15 minutes for other locations. Additional waiting time is charged at AED 50- 100 per hour.
• Night Surcharge: Services between 10 PM and 6 AM may include a night surcharge.
• Holiday and Weekend Premium: Higher rates may apply during public holidays, weekends, or special events.
• 5% VAT is applicable on all services as per UAE tax regulations.
